I've purchased 2 episodes of a series in iTunes if I click buy season will it still buy the first twoEpisodes?

I bought the pilot and episode 2 of in plain sight from iTunes for 2$
a piece, I would bought the whole season but I didn't have enough. I
just bought a 25$ iTunes giftcard and have enough now. If I click buy
whole season will it download the first two episodes and be full
price? or will it skip downloading those episodes and give me a
discount?
