New XMEN or Green Lantern: best "action" movie for someone who can't follow plots.?

I am taking a special needs young adult out to the movies next week.
She is 23. She loves movies with comedy and action, like Indiana Jones
or Bond movies. She LOVES the fights and adventure music, but does not
understand the story lines and gets very bored during long talk scenes
and romantic/calm scenes.
I know both will have this, but these are long movies so we need the
one with the MOST action and intensity so that she will enjoy it.
Forget about which is a better movie, I just need the most noise and
fights and movement.
